The Pearl Club is how Spinbob rewards regular play. It has five tiers – Shell, Coral, Pearl, Sapphire and Trident – and you climb them by earning points on real-money slot bets. Perks build gradually: higher cashback, faster withdrawals, a personal manager and higher limits at the top. Below we explain how the Spinbob VIP scheme works in practice and whether it is worth chasing.
Pearl Club tiers at a glance
The point thresholds below are the guide figures we use to explain the Spinbob tier ladder; always check the live figures in your Pearl Club dashboard, as Spinbob can update them.
| Tier | Points to reach | Weekly cashback | Priority withdrawals | Account manager | Other perks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shell | 0 (all verified players) | 10% (Tide Back) | – | – | Standard limits |
| Coral | 500 | 11% | – | – | Birthday bonus |
| Pearl | 2,500 | 12% | Yes | – | Higher withdrawal limits, birthday bonus |
| Sapphire | 10,000 | 13% | Yes | Yes | Higher limits, birthday bonus, tailored offers |
| Trident | 40,000 | 15% | Yes | Yes | Highest limits, birthday bonus, tailored offers |
Cashback is calculated the same way as Tide Back: a percentage of net casino losses from Monday to Sunday, paid as real cash. Standard Tide Back is capped at £250 a week; higher tiers may carry a higher cap shown in your dashboard.

How Pearl Club points work
- 1 point for every £10 wagered on slots with real money.
- Points are added automatically after each settled bet – there is no opt-in.
- Your tier progress bar in My Account shows how many points you need for the next level.
- Points are a measure of activity, not a currency: they unlock tiers rather than being swapped for cash.
To put the numbers in context, reaching Coral at 500 points means £5,000 of slot wagering, and Trident at 40,000 points means £400,000. Wagering counts every stake, including money that is won and re-staked, so these figures are not the same as losses – but they do represent a lot of play.
What does not earn points
Live casino, table games, game shows and sportsbook bets may earn at a reduced rate or not at all, and bets placed with bonus funds are typically excluded. If most of your play is on live tables, check the Pearl Club terms before you factor the scheme into your choice of casino. Our games guide covers what Spinbob offers in each category.
How to move up the tiers
- Verify your account. Complete KYC verification so your play counts and withdrawals are not held up.
- Play slots with real money. That is where points come from.
- Track progress in My Account. The Pearl Club section shows your current points and the next threshold.
- Expect review at the higher tiers. From Sapphire, Spinbob’s team may contact you, and UK rules mean affordability or source-of-funds checks can apply to higher spending.
Spinbob may review tiers for inactivity, so a long break can mean starting a level lower when you return.
The perks in more detail
Higher cashback
The biggest everyday benefit. Moving from 10% at Shell to 15% at Trident adds a little extra each losing week. It is always paid without wagering.
Priority withdrawals (Pearl and above)
Standard Spinbob withdrawals sit in an internal review queue for up to 24 hours. Pearl, Sapphire and Trident members move to the front of that queue. Method times still apply afterwards – see our withdrawal guide.
Higher withdrawal limits
Standard accounts can withdraw £5,000 per day and £20,000 per month. Pearl Club members from Pearl upwards get higher limits, confirmed in their account.
Personal account manager (Sapphire and above)
A named contact for questions, payment queries and offers, alongside Spinbob’s 24/7 live chat.
Birthday bonus
From Coral upwards, Spinbob sends a birthday treat. Any bonus element follows the standard 10x wagering rules explained in our wagering requirements guide.
Is the Spinbob VIP scheme worth it?
For regular slot players the Pearl Club is a sensible extra, mainly for the wager-free cashback and faster payouts. It is not a reason to play more. The perks are small compared with the amounts you need to wager to reach the top tiers, and you should never raise your stakes just to reach a new level.
Play within your limits
VIP status should follow your normal play, never drive it. Set deposit and loss limits in your Spinbob account, use reality checks, and take a time-out if you notice you are chasing a tier. Free, confidential help is available from GamCare on 0808 8020 133, 24/7, and GAMSTOP lets you self-exclude from all UK-licensed sites. See our responsible gambling page. 18+ only.
